What We Believe...

The Word of God: is verbally inspired and inerrant in the original writings - the supreme and final authority in faith and life.  (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:21)

There is only one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; Jeremiah 10:10)

Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary: He lived a sinless life, died a vicarious and substitutionary death upon the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, and arose again on the third day, and is coming again. (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-25)

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead: His ministry is that of convincing unbelievers of their sin, and of their need of the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.  He baptizes believers into the Body of Christ, indwells, instructs and seals them unto the day of redemption. (John 16:7-11; I Corinthians 12:12-14)

Man was created in the image of God: He sinned and thereby incurred physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God.  Salvation for sinful man is by grace through faith in Christ. (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:10)

The Church is an elect company of believers: the Body which Jesus Christ is the Head, and is without denominational boundary.  God has purposed that the Church, as the Bride of Christ, glorify Him in an aggressive effort to disciple all nations through the preaching of the gospel.  This Body will be caught up to meet the Lord.  At His appearing, He will set up His Kingdom here on earth. (Ephesians 1:3-6; I Corinthians 12:12-14)
